Specialist/Senior Specialist - Capital Compliance Department
Capital is a bank’s most valuable financing resource. Shareholders capital can absorb losses and assure depositors, creditors and regulators that public funds are safe. The purpose of Capital compliance department is to set up, apply and monitor the relevant internal regulatory framework that would support the executive management of the Bank to preserve and increase the value of capital.
Tasks
• To prepare the internal framework and coordinate with Bank of Albania all the requirement of the Law for the resolution plan of the bank;
• To monitor and prepare the necessary reporting tasks related to own funds and eligible liabilities;
• To participate on yearly basis on the update of the recovery plans;
• To monitor and report in quarterly basis the macroprudential capital buffers requirements;
• To calculate and report in monthly basis the regulatory capital of the bank and monitor capital adequacy level;
• To calculate and report on a quarterly basis the leverage ratio of the bank;
• To collaborate with other departments related to stress test ICAAP and other process effecting the regulatory capital and capital adequacy level;
• Assumes other responsibilities & routine or special duties associated with the functions of Market Risks Department as demanded by Superiors.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Economic’ related faculties.
• Very good level of written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of the banking activity.
• Capability in working with big data.
• Very good analytical capabilities and critical sense.
• Very good personal management and organizational skills.
• Very good knowledge of Windows e MS Office.
