Job Position: Pre-sale solution Junior Specialist


Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team in understanding customer needs and requirements.
• Develop customized solutions and proposals that address customer pain points and objectives.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling sales pitches and proposals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and presales tools is a plus.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years experience in costumer care/service
• Great knowledge in German language and English
