We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. You will work alongside other business analysts and report directly to the project manager. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. A analyzes the business needs, investigates a problem, and produces its concept in the form of requirements, followed by software developers when designing a product.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Visualize information for the customer and the team.
• Make suggestions based in data analyzing about technologies to integrate that would improve operations and systems.
• Identifying issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts.
• Run workshops and training sessions with the team, existing clients and future collaborations.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in business/computer science or related field.
• 3 years or experience business analysis or a related field.
• Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Advanced computer skills
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
