EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the biggest financial institutions in Albania, is currently recruiting a Senior Marketing Officer.

Major responsibilities:

• Prepares annual road map, and monthly marketing plan plan;
• Coordinates and implements offline & online campaigns through all the marketing channels;
• Makes sure to keep web info up to date in accordance with institution guidelines;
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media;
• Plan and organize monthly activities for all digital channels;
• Supports sales team with marketing materials to promote service at partners network, by providing standard and tailor made marketing materials, and build up specific campaign designs or co-promos at partners physical/digital shop;
• Support branches sales activities with promotional materials and items, coordinates BTL activities;
• Collaborate directly with advertising agencies for creativities and production of the marketing materials/campaigns, as well as media plan and media monitoring;
• Keep track of marketing expenses and prepares monthly reports.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor/Master degree in Marketing, PR, Media, Communication;
• At least 2 years of experience at Marketing position;
• Strong knowledge of traditional marketing (digital marketing knowledge will be as advantage);
• Excellent communication and people skills;
• Practical knowledge in web design, graphic creating an ad word campaigns setting;
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software and applications;
• Exceptional communication, analytical and writing skills;
• Well organized person focused on results;
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-tasking;
• Fluent English.
