The opportunity

We are currently seeking for a Senior Lawyer to support our Legal team and help our clients in law projects in different industries.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, interpret and review agreements and all types of legal documents
• Provide legal advice and support on a range of commercial and corporate matters through expert interpretation of laws/regulations/jurisprudence
• Prepare legal opinions for our clients
• Represent the clients in court
• Work together and closely cooperate with the other colleagues of the company, provide support, maintain communication and update other senior team members on the progress of your work
• Build strong internal relationships within other departments and teams across the organization.
• Continually develop personal skills through training, experience and coaching
• Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

To qualify for the role you must have:

• University degree in Law and Master of Laws preferably in EU/International Commercial/Business/Civil Law
• Member of the Tirana Bar Association
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a local or international law firm dealing with corporate law, immigration law, labor law, customer protection law and data protection law and assistance and representations of clients in front of Albanian Courts.
• Experience in legal due diligences will be considered an advantage.
• Excellent command of Albanian and English language, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and prioritization skills
• Strong teamwork skills
• Results-oriented approach with keen attention to high quality, details and accuracy
