EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, a leading company in Albania & Region, is currently recruiting a Senior Investment Specialist.

Major responsibilities:

• Performs market analysis and benchmarks for Group industries, identifies sector trends in reporting matrix;
• Prepares monthly report on close monitoring of investment monitoring;
• Prepares report on return on investments for projects and companies;
• Prepares business plans for new projects at Group level and supports Treasury Manager in application for financing;
• Prepares financial analysis and financing models for investments;
• Prepares and monitor financial ratios based on industry benchmarks for individual companies and/or sectorial;
• Assists in exit plans for targeted companies;
• Assists in merge and acquisition projects for targeted companies and coordinates due diligences with external parties;
• Assists the companies in performing business valuation and prepares the Group overall valuation;
• Prepares and updates valuation guidelines, investment monitoring guidelines and industry KPIs.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Finance required;
• Previous experience with a Big4 audit firm is an advantage, TAS/FAAS;
• CFA diploma or under way is a preference;
• At least 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting, advisory and transaction services;
• At least 4 years of prior experience in medium and/or large company;
• Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization;
• Experience in presenting and preparing proposals and recommendations;
• Internally motivated to seek out answers, generate ideas, and develop new skills;
• Very attentive to details;
• Strongly result oriented, able to work unsupervised;
• Excellent skills in using excel spreadsheets and developing models;
• Excellent command of English language.
