Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Graphic Designer will work on a wide range of projects within the field of real estate marketing, including digital marketing, collateral materials, brand identity, signage, interactive projects, and more. The objective is to create professional visual experiences that significantly enhance audience engagement, help clarify communicated messages, and deliver a rapid impact on business results.

Main Responsibilities:
The Senior Graphic Designer will work on a wide range of projects within the field of real estate marketing, including digital marketing, collateral materials, brand identity, signage, interactive projects, and more. The objective is to create professional visual experiences that significantly enhance audience engagement, help clarify communicated messages, and deliver a rapid impact on business results.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- Creation and development of various concepts and materials (print and interactive), including but not limited to: visual concepts/creativity based on requirements, print and online visuals, leaflets, brochures, flyers, logo design, photo retouching, 2D animations, and 2D video editing;
- Development of graphic and video materials for internal and external marketing campaigns (print, social media, and digital, infographics, motion graphics);
- Development of interfaces for new software, including design conceptualization and proposing improvements for existing software;
- Maintenance of the company’s websites and other digital platforms from a graphic perspective;
- Development and proposal of graphic and digital compositions in line with marketing campaign requirements and various presentations;
- Presentation of ideas, concepts, and innovative solutions that significantly enhance and strengthen brand presence;
- Daily collaboration and coordination with colleagues;
- Reporting on project progress and execution in accordance with predefined deadlines;
- Adherence to set deadlines and the ability to work under pressure.
- A degree in Graphic Design is required;
- Up-to-date knowledge of the graphic design industry and relevant software; ability to provide creative graphic solutions for various projects;
- General knowledge of photography and photographic equipment;
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign) and CorelDRAW;
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress is considered an advantage;
- Previous experience as a graphic designer and in digital/video animation is considered an advantage;
- Strong originality, with a high sense of creativity and visual awareness;
- Good organizational skills and strong attention to detail;
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and confident, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
