We are seeking a Senior Executive Assistant with Social Media Experience to join our team and support our senior executives. The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience, highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedule of our senior executives.
- Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistics for executive meetings and events.
- Prepare and edit corporate invoicing and banking procedures.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed for various projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, both internal and external.
- Weekly content creation for social media profiles.
- University Degree preferably in Economics
- Knowledge of English Language
- Communication Skills
- Maintaining a positive attitude and steadfast belief in Albania's future growth.
- Assertive, calm personality and leadership skills for team building.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality and loyalty.
- Knowledge of using Canva or other design and social media tools.
- Social Media and Content Creation skills.
- Real Estate Knowledge.
