Profesionisti Recruitment Agency, on behalf of our client, leader in trade of motorcycles and marine in Albania, is looking for a potential candidate for the position of Sales Manager (Mechanical)
Job Position Summary: The role is intended to maximize sales opportunities and increase profit targets for clients, offering these customers a technical differential, including a focus on a specialized product, to meet their requirements.
Duties and Responsibility:
• Preparing and delivering presentations to clients regarding the products
• Manage the sales process for new business opportunities
• Create a plan to address the above markets & execute on the plan to achieve business/ revenue targets
• Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Qualifications and Skills:
• Degree in Mechanical field
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales with a good track record of achieving sales targets
• Proven ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Experience across the entire sales cycle in the outsourcing / off-shoring business model
• Familiarity with Salesforce will be a plus
• If the candidate owns a personal motorbike, it would be a plus
• Very good in English
