EPPC Albania, on behalf of PreGel Spa, an international leader in ingredients for gelato, pastry, and food industry, is currently recruiting a Sales Executive to support and develop the assigned sales area across Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.

This role is focused on day-to-day field sales activities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth in the region, in close coordination with the international sales structure.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Manage existing and potential clients (pastry shops, gelaterias, cafés, distributors);
• Present products and follow up on orders and customer requests;
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients;
• Identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory;
• Monitor market trends and provide regular, simple reporting;
• Travel frequently within Albania and the region, in coordination with the sales team.

Requirements for this position are:

• Experience in field sales, preferably in distribution;
• Good communication and relationship-building skills;
• Good command of English;
• Good knowledge of the local market is considered a plus;
• Basic knowledge of MS Office;
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently (including Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Italy).
