For our office in Tirana we are looking for an Sales Analyst and Business Support ,who will support Primary Care Business Unit to the improving of the effectiveness of commercial activities.

Main responsibilities and tasks for the position:

• Support sales strategy through necessary analysis required by Sales Department (Sales Director/Area Manager/KAM/District Manager)
• Ensure the timely update of CRM and Order Taking System
• Developing and implementing system ensuring consistency between business requirements and the technical solution.
• Provides application-level support on core business systems
• Works closely with IT team and Dompé users to address application support issues.
• Works closely with Dompé vendors and consultants to manage application support and manage issues, fixes and feature requests.
• Maintains core system databases, monitoring database health, and works proactively with vendors and consultants to ensure database updates and configuration changes are implemented.
• Supports the team and power users by performing data analysis, management, and conversion tasks.
• Leads and conducts systems testing having defined test conditions and developed accurate and complete test plans
• Proactively initiates, develops and maintains effective working relationships with stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Compliance with deadlines

Requirements:

• Economic degree or similar experience
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Sales Force and of the major IT applications is appreciated
• It’s welcome capability of Project Management
