Job position: Recruitment Specialist
Department: Human Resources
Location: Head Office
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Plans and implements activities for the attraction and recruitment of employees in the store network
• Develops recruitment strategies and makes appropriate recommendations to managers and supervisors;
• Rigorously executes the company's recruitment plan;
• Leads the process of orientation of new employees in order to ensure their effective integration in the company;
• Prepares and informs the structures regarding the policies and procedures of the Company;
• Conducts interview selection process, applies all necessary recruitment tests, creates and manages the data obtained from the interview process (database);
• Follows all procedures related to notifications and documents that an employee must fulfill and also updates the system with any new information;
• Demands compliance with the deadlines of these procedures from all departments in the entire Spar network;
• Coordinates initiatives to strengthen the image of the Employer;
• Organizes and participates in job fairs or other recruitment events;
• Assists in the design and implementation of projects and activities as needed;
• Makes and follows clerical orders according to the specified orders and rules;
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- University degree, preferably in Social Sciences.
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 1 years of experience in similar field.
- Additional qualifications:
• Very good knowledge of Human Resources processes;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package, the use of social and professional networks.
- Additional skills:
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Systematic and organized.
• Results oriented.
