EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, SHELL Upstream Albania is currently recruiting an Receptionist .

Major responsibilities:



  • Reception Manning;
  • Visitors/ new Joiners office safety induction;
  • Visitor card distribution;
  • New Joiner – Onboarding meeting scheduling;
  • Verification of approved visitors to access the office (through the visitors access form);
  • Mail services – receiving and registration of incoming letters, scanning incoming mail and distributing by email to the relevant person;
  • Document Filling (reception related files);
  • Hotel room bookings (if required).


Requirements / Profile of successful candidate:


  • Candidates are required to have a University degree(optional);
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial, with strong ability to get things done quickly;
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple interfaces;
  • Good interpersonal and relationship skills with good experience of working effectively in multi-disciplinary business teams handling complexity and ambiguity;
  • Result-oriented style with ability to manage a variety of tasks and meet deadlines with minimum supervision;
  • Strong analytical and communication skills (oral, written and presentation).
