Protocol Employee/Archivist in Head Office - Liability Products Operations Department
Duties & Responsibilities
  • To record at protocol office all the documents that arrives from various public and private institutions as well as from BKT branches and departments of Head Office.
  • To carry out the distribution of incoming documentation in Head Office according to the respective units and to obtain the signature of bank employees for each document submitted.
  • To register any document which will be sent to third parties or institutions by setting a reference number, to archive a copy of the document with original signature and ensure that the document has arrived on time and in good condition to the destination.
  • To record in the electronic archive the incoming and response letters as defined in the bank’s internal procedures;
  • To preserve the confidentiality of documentation that comes in/out of the institution.
  • To take the necessary measures for preventing the damages of archived documents in the archives from various factors such as humidity, fire, etc. and to report concerning the problems observed in this regard to his/her superiors.
  • To maintain the Bank seal and use it as required by authorized persons.
  • To ensure from Head Office units the return of documentation that arrives in bank, in order to enable its archiving.
  • To perform the elaboration of the documents turned back in the archive, initially separating by departments and then on basis of displayed problems classification.
  • To perform the selection and disposal of redundant copies of the delivered documents for archiving.
  • To be correct in the implementation of official schedule and to show culture, politeness and responsibility for the assigned duties at any time.
  • To apply correctly the instructions, regulations of internal security and entry-exit in the building of Head Office.
  • To carry out correctly the duties assigned in various cases of emergency.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.
  • To perform duties assigned in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations and instructions of LPOD Manager.
  • To ensure that all the duties assigned are performed timely and correctly.
