Position: Project Manager, Projects Sector
Department: Projects, Organization and E-Channels
Division: Operational

Primary objectives
  • Management in parallel of several projects, by applying the PRISM methodology, and closing those as per predefined deadline and budget;
  • To provide constant support in closely following the portfolio of projects, in order to close the projects as per predefined deadlines and budgets;
  • Develop leadership ability/coaching to the project managers from other departments of the bank in order to improve the quality of project management;
Key roles & responsibilities
  • Start-up of banking projects, independently or as a part of a team;
  • Planning and monitoring of projects progress;
  • Preparation of instructions and manuals regarding new system tools and processes;
  • Participation and follow up of change management;
  • Participation in detailed analysis of needs and solutions proposals;
  • Coaching & support of other project managers of the bank;
  • Share PM Methodology knowledge to other bank PM;
  • Support Business/Retail/Departments/Sectors of the Banks in the preparation of procedures linked to relevant products/services;
  • Supporting the Bank different Sectors in defining needs for implementations/improvements through performing statistical and business process analysis;
  • Support Business/Retail/Departments/Sectors of the Banks in translating and simplifying the requirements ;
  • Participation in end users training, if needed;
  • Assist Project Portfolio Manager in the preparation of Project Portfolio Presentation;
  • Support end users on preparation of Business Cases;
  • Support in maintenance of project portfolio in terms of budget, workload and resource allocation;
  • Assure project documentation preparation, maintenance and storage for other bank projects
Required skills
  • University degree or Master in Economics, Business Informatics or in related fields
  • Very Good command of English language
  • Knowledge of core banking systems and/or banking processes is an advantage;
  • Project management and/or business analysis training/certification/work experience is an advantage;
  • High level of organizational and analytical skills;
  • Very good communication and intrapersonal skills;
  • Abilities to work in group;
  • Previous branch experience is an advantage;
