PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the process of realization of the Production plan, achieving weekly and monthly targets.
- Allocations of employees from projects to projects, ensuring all resources and assets are used efficiently and correctly.
- Communication with Industrial Engineers to determine the addition of boards, working tools etc.
- Responsible for completing the documentation for quality and work instruction, control of product quality standards.
- Is responsible for providing work tools for operators from the Maintenance department.
- Follow up on disciplinary issues, absences, uniforms, working stations maintenance by taking appropriate disciplinary measures up to dismissal proposals by communicating officially with the Human Resources department.
- Approvals of annual leaves based on production demand within the working week.
- Identify training needs
- Contribution to the implementation of ISO and IATF standards.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Production Experience, good skills in managing a Team.
- Good Written and Oral Communication Skills,
- Problem Solving Abilities,
- Ability to Work and Make Decisions Under Pressure, Compassion,
- Time Management Skills, computer Literacy,
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a Related Field.
- Good knowledge of English language.
