Procurement Specialist/Senior Specialist - Support Services Department
Tasks
• To perform duties assigned in accordance with the Bank's internal regulations;
• To manage and facilitate end to end sourcing process; supplier identification, due diligence, manage tender process, SLA and contract preparation, performance measurement etc.
• To be updated about prices changes in market of multi-use items in the bank through occasional studies, in order to enable always the purchases of quality items with more favorable prices;
• To prepare the tender documentation, evaluation matrices and award proposals to Purchasing Committee.
• To prepare the Request for Proposals.
• To prepare the documentation, reports and approvals to Purchasing Committee.
• To maintain the documentation of performed purchases under the relevant classification of items.
• To evaluate rigorously and carefully the tender documents.
• To keep records about all companies as per service offered.
• To prepare periodical reports.
• To take part in the sales of movable assets when it is required.
Requirements
Basic requirements:
1) To be a university graduate (preferably Faculty of Economy, Business Administration or Law).
2) At least 3 years of previous experience on indirect procurement (Preferably experience in banking sector)
Skills Knowledge:
1) Strong negotiation skills;
2) Strong project management background;
3) Excellent problem-solving skills;
4) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions;
5) Proficient in English;
6) Ability to work across departments and categories;
7) Contract and SLA preparation experience;
