Job position: Photo and Video Editor
Contract Terms: In definitive
Location: Tirana, Albania.

Summary: We are looking for a talented creative Photo and Video editor who will play a major role in defining and maintaining our clients’s visual style and coordinate assignments by selecting,
editing and positioning photos and videos in print and web publications. The photo editor's responsibilities include reviewing and selecting photos for publication, ide and edit relevant images to make them more appealing.
As a video editor, you'll manage material such as camera footage, sound effects, graphics and special effects to produce a final film or video product.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Coordinate with the editor and the team members to identify photography needs
• Reviewing photos and videos, editing and making necessary changes
• Manage photography projects
• Create a portfolio of visual assets
• Manipulate photos and videos to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools
• Ensures adherence to style guide and branding
• Collaborates with photographers, marketing team, and editors to ensure alignment
• Oversee the quality and progress of photo and video editing
•Finalize the online editing aspect such as correcting faulty footage, grading and colouring and adding special effects.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Visual arts, Digital media or related field or related field

Work Experiences and required skills:

• Proven professional experience as a photo or video editor
• Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g., Photoshop,3dMax, etc.,)
• Proficiency in video editing software, such as Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of programs Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier.
• Strong photo and video editing skills and excellent portfolio
• Extensive experience in coordinating photography projects and meeting deadlines.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite

Language skills:

Proficient in Albanian and very good command of the English language (written and spoken).

• Excellent multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
