EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is currently recruiting a People Operations & Reward Manager.


Major responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll operation oversee workstreams & schedule to ensure the timely preparation of payroll information, for the existing payroll models;
• Ensure that the payroll team is engaged in their work, effectively manages their performance and supports the team in their professional development;
• Support all internal and external audit requests;
• Implement standard SLA commitments and other operational metrics to monitor Payroll Service;
• Manage with Corporate Reward market benchmarking and analysis on competitiveness of reward structure and practices;
• Provide advisory to stakeholders to appreciate market reward trends, interpret salary survey data and formulate pay proposals;
• Active role in the annual budget planning exercise on reward budget’s proposal and collaborate with People Partners to engage business stakeholders on market competitive compensation;
• Perform cost-benefit analyses on prospective projects and provide recommendations on their financial feasibility;
• Elaborate Labor cost budget and forecast.

Requirements for this position are:

• Bachelor degree in Economics or Law;
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience in structured and complex contexts with strong international exposure;
• In-depth knowledge of the overall employment legal requirements in Albania;
• Outstanding analytical, proactive, innovative and show accuracy and attention to detail;
• Highly professional and ethical in handling confidential data;
• Excellent organizational and time management skills;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
• Proficient in Italian & English, both spoken and written;
• High level of competence in Excel skills (MUST).
