VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT​

We are seeking to accommodate a dedicated and knowledgeable ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) Officer (Part-Time) to lead and coordinate ESG-related initiatives within the bank. This position reports to Chief Risk Officer.

Detyrat​

  • Develop and implement the bank’s ESG strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
  • Embed ESG considerations into lending, investment, and risk management practices.
  • Support the inclusion of ESG metrics in business planning, product development, and performance evaluation.
  • Monitor and interpret ESG-related regulations (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, EBA guidelines).
  • Ensure timely and accurate ESG disclosures and reporting (e.g., climate-related disclosures).
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on ESG matters.
  • Collaborate with other risk functions to identify and assess ESG-related risks, including climate, environmental, social, and reputational risks.
  • Support the development of scenario analysis and stress testing for climate and environmental risk.
  • Establish ESG KPIs and monitor performance across business units.
  • Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of ESG-related data.
  • Promote awareness and training on ESG topics across the organization.
  • Represent the bank in ESG-working groups and industry collaborations when applicable.
