Role Summary
We are looking for a friendly and driven Customer Care Representative to join our team at our Tirana office. The position focuses on managing inbound phone calls, responding to customer questions, and delivering an excellent service experience

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and politely
• Assist customers by providing accurate and helpful information
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction
• Work on a full-time, on-site schedule
• Available shifts: 09:00–18:00, or 10:00–19:00

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and people skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Prior experience in customer support is considered an advantage
