· Excellent communication and organizational skills;
· Good knowledge of computer and hotel software programs;
· Very good knowledge of Albanian and English, German is an advantage;
· Good knowledge of computer and hotel software programs;
· Assertiveness and negotiation skills · Well-groomed appearance and a positive charisma
· Ideally, you already have experience as an Operations Manager.

KEY TASKS:
- Responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day Operations;
- Implements the specified standards and quality guidelines and monitors
compliance with them; - Close contact with the cluster general manager and the relevant
departments in the corporate office; - Assisting with budgeting and forecasting;
- Analyze and respond to guest feedback;
- Monitors compliance with HACCP, occupational safety, fire protection and
other legal regulations.
