Online Product Assistant
Job Description:
Netsapiens, a company serving local and international clients, is looking for a talented and innovative Online Product Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate must be responsible for handling the production ongoing assignments and projects. He/she will be working closely with the product Management to execute product requirements, updates and delivery.
Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating with all production parties to meet requirements and schedules
2. Consulting with product team to identify issues and address to the right department
3. Deliveries high quality product, according to the quality standards and guidelines
4. Adapting to change requests to ensure dynamic adjustments in the product
Requirements:
1. Great communication skills
2. Very good English speaking and typing
3. Autodidactic abilities and quick learner
4. Proven experience in handling online platforms on web environment
5. Ability to pass on assignments to other team members
6. Understanding of product guidelines methodologies
7. Able to complete assignments in a timely manner according to company goals
8. A natural team player
What we offer:
-Work based in Tirana Office, Sheshi Wilson
-Working from Monday -Friday 08:00-17:00.
-Lunch Break 13:00-14:00.
-Bonus at the end of the year.
