MIW Builders is an installing company in Florida, USA. We are currently looking to hire an office assistant (female) for our partner The Permit Group.

*Full Training provided for all qualified applicants.
*Working Hours: 14.00 – 22.30 (Monday- Friday)
* Salary: 60’000 ALL (Taxi service provided for the evening ride home)
* Address: St. Zef Jubani, Sheshi Willson, Tiranë

Detyrat
Job Duties:

• Proficiently communicate in English through emails and phone calls with the corporate and customers.
• Organize and coordinate through various software programs.

· Maintain and edit inspection schedules for clients and report them accordingly.
· Answer customers’ calls and update/follow up.
· Respond to customers and corporate emails.
Kualifikimet
Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (speaking, writing, listening).

· Be able to multitask.

• Ability to learn required software.

· Advanced computer skills
· Be willing to learn new things and keep an open mind.
