- Experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting network infrastructures.
- Knowledge of server hardware systems including Dell Blade, UCS, and HP systems, Network Management, Routing, IP services, Internet Protocol (IP), IP connectivity etc
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Monitor A2P SMS network.
- Resolve network incidents promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Optimize network efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance.
- Manage interconnection and configurations.
- Expertly troubleshoot network issues
- Ability to work flexible hours, with three shifts.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to function in a team environment.
- Good written and verbal communication in English language.
