EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, one of the most prestigious companies in the healthcare sector in the country, is currently recruiting a Medical Representative.

Major responsibilities:

• Promoting and selling the company’s pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and consumables to healthcare professionals;
• Visiting doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to generate new business and maintain relationships with existing clients;
• Ensuring optimal territory coverage and frequency by developing journey plans;
• Conducting analysis of own business performance in the territory;
• Strong relationship building with customers by continuously delivering scientific knowledge of value to customers;
• Addressing and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly;
• Attending conferences, trade shows, and continuing education events to stay up to date on new products and industry trends;
• Maintaining accurate records of sales calls, customer interactions, and sales data;
• Participating in team meetings with own territory analysis and proposals for improvement.

Requirements for this position are:​

• University Degree in Medical, Pharmaceutical or Dentistry Science;
• 1 to 3 years of in-field experience in pharmaceutical industry;
• Good computer skills, including MS Office;
• Effective communication and influencing skills;
• Analytical skills with proactive approach to own field of activities;
• Upper intermediate command of English language;
• Driver’s license, willing to travel.
