Key Responsibilities

Manuscript Preparation

• Structure and format of research papers according to international journal standards (AMA, APA, IEEE, etc.)

Technical & Language Editing

• Correct grammatical issues and refine clarity, coherence, and tone
• Ensure consistency in academic, technical, and discipline-specific terminology

Submission Support

• Prepare cover letters and author declarations
• Assist with journal submission portals

Language & Technical Requirements

English Proficiency: Excellent command of academic English (essential for all backgrounds)

Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Word proficiency (LaTeX is a plus for CS applicants)
