Job position: Maintenance Manager
Department: Maintenance
Location: Head Office
Role: On the basis of the information received from the stores, distributes the tasks and works to be followed, controls the installation, repairs and maintenance of all systems in the network such as: Refrigeration Systems, Heating/Cooling Air Conditioning Systems, Water Protection System: Sprinkler + Hydrant, Electrical Panel & Electrical Installations, Hydraulic System, Ups, Security Systems, Mechanical+Construction, Construction.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepares the work plan of the technical group based on the information received from the store network.
• Manages the technical group in the process of maintenance, repair, renovation and relocation of installations, equipment and large units.
• Performs periodic checks of store equipment (refrigerator, cold room, generator, other equipment such as meat grinders, meat and cheese cutters, etc.).
• Tracks work done by outside contractors using knowledge gained from experience.
• Informs and explains technical insurance rules to technicians.
• Completes all functions according to established time and production orders.
• Tracks all notices from stores for various problems with devices or installations.
• Reports all equipment shortages and maintenance problems to the technical manager and documents them in the document book.
• Is responsible for strictly implementing the rules for technical security.
• Efficiently modifies new tools to meet established security specifications.
• Responsible for maintaining Spar network.
• Responsible for managing staffing processes and coordinating contracting for all refrigeration equipment.
• Prepares the work plan for the technicians according to the requests from the stores.
• Responsible for the strict implementation of technical security regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education:
- University degree, preferably in Engineering
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar field.
- Additional qualifications:
• Knowledge of maintenance and repairs, welding, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc. of tools, equipment and materials, of light repairs.
- Additional skills:
• Ability to work in maintenance and repair problems.
•Ability to easily repair mechanical equipment system, read, interpret and apply construction plans, specifications and designs, follow written and spoken instructions.
