As a result of the expansion of our Team we are in search for:
Logistic Manager
This is a full time job position in Orbico shpk, Tirana, Albania.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organize and monitor the daily supply and international transport process (arrival of trucks) and to reacts in case of problematic situations;
- Keep direct contact with all transport companies for international & local transport.
- Preparation of a schedule for the implementation of records, inspection of the correctness of the data and summarization of the results for the inventory movements in Warehouse stock.
- to organize efficient, high-quality and on-time logistics service toward customers of the Company and constantly increase the economic efficiency of operations; (reduce delivery time and cost)
- to organize and control everything related to our fleet (coordinate full order cycle, fuel management, services, insurance, periodical maintenance, accidents, monitor police fines etc
- Prepare monthly report for personal KM used from Company staff under the Company regulation as well provide reporting and maintain a database of all vehicles with all details regarding documents deadline (insurance & tax)
- to coordinate the activities between the various departments and representatives of the company, in order to achieve a quality and efficient logistics service toward the customers.
Required skills:
- Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff and able to work effectively with others
- Good knowledge MS Office
- Good knowledge of Navision will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong work ethic and personal integrity and honesty
- Taking responsibility, problem solving, well in setting priorities
- Good communications skills
- Awareness for personal learning and development
