Legal Associate Job Vacancy Announcement

At GR Albania, we provide high-quality legal services to clients in a wide range of industries. We are currently seeking a legal associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal practice.
They will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting documents, and assisting with the preparation of the tasks assigned. The legal associate will work closely with legal department and must be able to handle a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics and summarize findings;
• Assist with the drafting and revision of legal documents;
• Manage and organize files and other documentation in a confidential way;
• File documents with the court, administrative bodies etc.;
• Perform translation and administrative tasks;
• Extracting latest legal changes from official journal;
• Other tasks assigned as per the department needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must have a master’s degree in law, preferably in Civil law;
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or legal practice;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Research, organizational and computer (essential, knowledge of Microsoft Office) skills;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Highly proficient in both spoken and written English, other languages would be advantage ;
