We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, to fill in the position of the Leasing Administrator.
The Leasing Administrator is in charge of keeping track of all the documents provided by the tenants, and making sure they are verified and maintain confidentiality.
Leasing Administrators are responsible for preparing the lease agreements as well.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Make sure all received documents are verified and legit.
- Before releasing the keys, make sure that all funds are verified, documents verified and the lease agreement is signed by all parties.
- Informing the property owners after the documents are received regarding the tenant’s financial situation.
- Preparing offer to lease, lease agreement, key release forms, utility forms.
- Responding to emails referring comments/notes for each tenant deal.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
- Ability to type 50 wpm.
