  • Following all necessary legal procedures to foreclose the collaterals of the Commercial and Retail loans, super loan, OVD and CC under the Legal Procedures, under the supervision of Senior Lawyer and/or Assistant Manager and/or Manager of the Department.
  • To implement the legal executions and collecting transactions of the assets for the files which, already started to be executed in legal ways, deriving from the Bank receivables from the credit transactions, in order to establish the required co-ordination with three units.
  • Representing the Bank during bailiff’s procedures and following the protection of the bank’s position in these procedures.
  • Following the procedures in RERO and other institutions for the collaterals under the execution process.
  • Following the process to take into possession the collaterals that passed to Bank’s assets.
  • Participate at the sales of the movable or immovable goods in accordance with the proxy provided by BKT on the bailiff auction and the internal rules and following the legal process of selling the properties of the Bank (ex. collaterals).
  • To prepare Petitions for Appeals, Decisions for Correction, Complaints for General Directorate, Execution of Debt by representing the Bank in the courts under the supervision of Assistant Manager and/or Manager of the Department.
  • Preparing the rent or sale contracts for the collaterals that passed to Bank’s assets, in accordance with the decision of the Asset Sale Committee.
  • To behave in compliance with the regulations and principles of the Bank.

Requirements


  • To have graduated from Law Faculty, offering a minimum 4-year education program and any other domestic and/or foreign university.
  • To have the required requisites determined in the Human Resources Policy Manual.
  • To have the advocate license.
  • To have the ability to represent and co-ordinate.
  • PC Knowledge in user level.
  • Successful in human relations.
  • Reliable, patient and Careful.
  • To be able to travel.
