Job Position: Junior HR

Purpose of the job position: Support for the HR department by originating and leading the local recruitment and ongoing development of the workforce.

Responsibility range/Scope of duty

1. Supports in the recruitment process through job publishing, screening of CVs and interview organization.
2. Ensures effective staff orientation process in coordination with all company’s departments.
3. Plans and implements activities for employee attraction and recruitment.
4. Prepares and strictly executes the recruitment plan of the company.
5. Coordinates employer branding enhancement initiatives.
6. Organizes and attends job fairs and recruitment events.
7. Prepares and informs the structures in relation to Company policies and procedures.
8. Performs interviews process selection, implements all necessary recruitment tests, creates and manages the data received from the interviewing process (database).
9. Follows all the procedures regarding the notifications and documents which must meet an employee and also updates the system with any new information.
10. Keep professional secrecy and confidentiality in line with the submitted statement;
11. Coordinates the review process of job descriptions in line with organizational development needs of the company.
12. Develops and monitors the necessary HR Metrics to measure the progress of the HR activities under his/her responsibility.
13. Assess staff training needs.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Economic studies, Law, Human Resources or related fields.
Recruiting experience in international companies in Albania or abroad is preferred; experience with high volume recruitment is preferred.
Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with individuals across all levels of the organization.
English skills preferred. Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
Very good knowledge of MS Office.
