Job Description​

Join our team to oversee and optimize our vehicle return process. You will troubleshoot operational blockers with local teams, validate incoming cases for policy compliance, and proactively expedite delayed claims alongside cross-functional stakeholders. As a key decision-maker, you will review and authorize full refund requests. Additionally, you will maintain vital reporting documents and distribute weekly performance updates. We are seeking a proactive problem-solver to drive efficient operations!

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize the vehicle return process to ensure smooth operations.
  • Identify operational blockers and proactively collaborate with local teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Review and validate incoming cases for accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Proactively follow up with cross-functional stakeholders to expedite delayed cases and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Act as the primary decision-maker for reviewing and authorizing full refund requests.
  • Send weekly reports & maintain reporting documents
  • Creation of refurbishment orders
  • Daily monitoring of refurbishment order mismatches
  • Creation of branch entry checks
  • Assigning tasks to responsible teams/employees in Freshdesk
  • Uploading missing vehicle inspection documents
  • General back-office and data entry activities related to internal processes
Qualifications:
  • Ability to communicate in English. German or other languages is a bonus.
  • Professionalism, precision, reliability and high attention to detail, ability to think independently
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Good PC skills, G-Mail, Google sheets
  • Quality focused mentality

The place of work will be at Rruga Dritan Hoxha, 'Kompleksi E88' Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
