IT Support Senior Specialist - IT Applications Development Department
Tasks
• Focus on troubleshooting different problems related to the IT systems and Applications in the organization.
• Maintain and update technical documents.
• Identify and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot systems or Applications to identify any deficiencie or error.
• Production support related to current systems and applications
• Provide technical support to teams within the organization related to any change in the applications or new functionalities implemented
• Work closely with software developers to understand new developments, business requirements and ensure that all requirements are being met
Requirements
• At least 3 years’ experience in IT sector, software/system development or system implementation.
• Programming experience is an advantage, but candidate should have knowledge on software development concepts and programming languges.
• Good Knowledge of databases such as Oracle, MS SQL Server.
• Knowledge on agile development process and tools like Jira, Bitbucket will be an advantage
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being able to work with a diverse team with varying skill level.
• A Bachelor University diploma in one of following branches: Computer engineering, Informatics, Electronic engineering, Computer Science, Business Informatics.
