Alumil Albania LLC, headquartered on the Tirana-Durres Highway, 7th km, has been operating in Albania since 2004 and is one of the largest companies for the production and retail and wholesale of aluminium products in the Albanian market.
Alumil Albania LLC is part of ALUMIL S.A. headquartered in Thessaloniki-Greece which is the largest privately owned aluminium extruding group in South East Europe in terms of production capacity, for complete aluminium profile systems For its needs, the company seeks to hire experienced employee in the following position:
IT Applications Support Specialist
1. Position Objective:
To provide end user support and maintenance on our Business Applications (ERP, WMS). To support the implementation and management of technology-based business solutions.
2. Main Duties/Responsibilities:
-Provide first level support in all aspects of our business applications (ERP, WMS).
-Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for reported incidents and apply corrective actions (when possible)
-Prioritize and manage open issues of business applications.
-Communicate with software vendors to ensure resolution of issues in an acceptable timeframe.
-Plan and effectively conduct key/end users’ trainings.
-Maintain and update the IT knowledge base related to our business systems.
-Build Atlantis Reports according to business requirement.
-Documenting processes, solution procedures, and monitoring application performance
-Perform BI Reports and improving reports data refresh
3. Competences/skills
-Degree in computer science
-Previous working experience in a similar position or in Junior IT Business/Systems Analyst role
-Solid knowledge of IT Systems, Applications and Services
-Working experience in Business Software (i.e., ERP, CRM, WMS, HRMS)
-Good knowledge of Oracle database, PL/SQL, application tools
-Working experience in SQL language and reporting tools
-Good Knowledge of MS office applications and Windows Server platform
-Strong communication and problem solving skills
-Nice to have Power BI knowledge (is a plus).
-Very good knowledge of English Language
4. Employees Benefits:
