Tech POS is looking to hire Salespersons who will have the drive to make sales.
The ideal candidates are motivated, have a high proficiency in English (C1 Required), and are well-organized individuals who have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct research to identify potential customers and leads.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
* Present services to potential customers.
* Negotiate deals.
* Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation to the manager.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Salesperson or in a similar sales role.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships.
* Strong negotiation and closing skills.
* Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
* Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* Hybrid job position 3 days from the office 2 days from home
