As a Human Resources (HR) Specialist you will be in charge of the recruitment process by screening, interviewing candidates, following up with every step of the hiring process and sending the employment agreement.

We are looking for individuals who are ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, to fill in the position of the Human Resources Specialist. As a Human Resources (HR) Specialist you will be in charge of the recruitment process by screening, interviewing candidates, following up with every step of the hiring process and sending the employment agreement.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
- Redirect HR-related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, requirements, turnover rates, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employments are met.
- Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits, etc.).
- Assist supervisors in performance management procedures.
- Perform orientations, onboarding, and update records with new hires.
- Collecting performance reviews from Managers.
- Support other functions as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to work in team.
- Ability to work 3PM to 11PM.
- Ability to work 6 days a week.
- Ability to type 50wpm.
