We are currently looking for a Human Resources Officer to join our team. If you’re proactive and passionate about HR, then come and join us.

Summary of the position:
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for covering the following functions; recruitment, training, administration and reporting. In this role the HR Officer shall provide excellent customer service to our internal clients, as well as shall be responsible for fostering positive employment relationship across the organization and enhancing employer branding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administers the entire recruitment process, related paper work as wells onboarding of new employees;
  • Participates in work fairs or conferences aiming to increase employer branding;
  • Analyses training needs, develop and implement training plans to increase employee’s skills and knowledge;
  • Organizes trainings for new and existing employees in coordination with respective departments;
  • Fosters and promotes a positive culture in the working environment;
  • Advises the staff on HR practices that they should follow, provides direction and ensures compliance to laws and regulation in force;
  • Conduct frequent meetings with the staff to assess their problems and act as intermediary or coordinator between the staff and the management on staff related issues;
  • Assist in payroll preparation;
  • Keeps accurate records and frequently update the employees’ data, including personnel files, attendance list, annual leaves register, salaries, etc;
  • Input and process the data in the HR system;
  • Prepares different reports as required;
  • Assist in reviewing the HR Policies and Procedures;
  • Ensures full confidentiality at every HR process;


Criteria:

  • Holds a bachelor degree in Political Sciences, Law, Economy or relevant field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in human resources;
  • Experience in recruitment and/or training;
  • Sound knowledge on laws and by-laws that regulate the employment relationship;
  • Able to create communication bridges and interact with a diverse group of people;
  • Very good interpersonal and communications skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and set priorities;
  • Very well organized and has an attention to details;
  • Be discreet and able to keep confidential information at all times;
  • Very good knowledge of English language in writing and speaking.
