Job description

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in Human Resources
• Relevant university degree
• End-to-end recruitment experience in hiring technical roles
• Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
• Can-do attitude
• Fluency in English – written and spoken
• Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
• Experience with building/utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools
• Ability to collaborate and work successfully in a team

Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment life cycle
• Managing relationships with hiring managers
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
