On behalf of a well-established private university operating in the Albanian market, we are seeking an HR Generalist who will play a key role in managing human resources and providing direct support to the CEO in strategic and operational decision-making related to human capital.

Key Responsibilities​

• Manage recruitment and selection processes for both academic and administrative staff
• Coordinate onboarding and integration of new employees
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with institutional objectives
• Contribute to building and strengthening organizational culture
• Monitor organizational structure and propose improvements
• Support the CEO on matters related to academic staff management and organizational structuring
• Prepare analyses and reports on staff performance, organizational structure, and HR needs
• Coordinate internal initiatives and development projects
• Act as a liaison between management and staff on various organizational matters
• Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Support core HR documentation and legal compliance processes
• Collaborate with the finance department on compensation and benefits matters

Profile Requirements​

• University degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Psychology, or related fields
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HR, preferably in roles with exposure to management
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across different management levels
• High level of discretion and professionalism
• Knowledge of Albanian labor legislation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good command of the English language (preferred)
