Detyrat​

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
• Monitor performance, KPIs, and sales activities.
• Ensure effective lead management and sales funnel optimization.
• Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to team members.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Prepare performance reports and oversee commission accuracy.

Kualifikimet​

• C1 English proficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales Team Management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office.
• Financial Services industry experience is an advantage.
