Primary objectives
- Is responsible for the follow up of individuals loans classified as non-performing loans to collect amounts in areas and/or recover the whole exposure taking into account the maximized profit for the Bank.
- Is responsible for the progress of the portfolio assigned and proposes the necessary measures and the steps to collect or recover the loans.
- Ensures an accurate information channel through periodic reporting to the superiors.
- Ensures the respecting of the time schedules for the follow up of the collection and recovery process.
Key roles & responsibilities
- Maintains a continuous contact with the assigned clients (meetings and phone calls) and reports on their reactions.
- Coordinates with other sectors that are responsible for the Commercial stage to increase the chances for succeeding in recovery of the problematic loans.
- Suggests for alternative solutions based on field information and/or through standard credit analysis for the recovery of the clients.
- Assures systematic approach towards Hard Recovery retail loans and is responsible for the timely response of clients with delay in payments and the quality of information.
- Proposes starting of legal action, renegotiation or even restructuring.
- Follows up the proceedings in Bailiff and makes continuous negotiations with the debtor to find a settlement for a quick solution of the case.
Required skills
- University degree in Economics or in the related fields.
- Experience in banking sector. Experience in the same profile would be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Very good computer skills
- Very good communication skills and work in group.
