EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, is looking for a Group Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities:
Supervise the overall financial status of the company and address any issues with the CEO;
Asset Management: Maintain the Register of Long-Term Assets and Third Party Assets, including depreciation calculations;
Fiscal Control: Authorize all fiscal reports/declarations and certify year-end financial statements;
Approve and manage changes in the accounting system, ensuring the segregation of duties;
Finance Department Supervision: Monitor and assist the finance department to ensure smooth operations, fiscal compliance, and accurate accounting information;
Account Management: Approve the opening of new accounts, evaluate the need for new accounts, and deactivate unneeded accounts;
Budgeting and Planning: Lead the budget finalization process and oversee its implementation and periodic reviews;
Regulatory Compliance: Approve regulatory actions and ensure compliance with financial regulations;
Payment Authorization: Review and approve payment lists prepared by Treasury and manage payment executions;
Cost Analysis: Propose adaptations to cost calculation systems and perform reconciliations and adjustments of accounting records;
Risk Management: Conduct credit risk analysis and recommend policy adjustments as needed;
Reporting: Prepare various internal reports on product costs, returns, discounts, damages, and budget execution;
Monitor financial indicators and perform cash flow analysis.

Requirements for this position are:
- University degree in Finance;
- Proven experience in financial management and control;
- In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and fiscal regulations;
- Strong analytical/quantitative skills and experience with a multi-site organization;
- Advanced communication skills verbal and written;
- Motivating and leading others while under supervision;
- Excellent command of English language;
- Driving License(Category B).
