Frontend Developer - BKT Pay

Tasks
  • Develop existing software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification;
  • Research, design and write new software programs;
  • Ensuring user experience determines design choices;
  • Developing features to enhance the user experience;
  • Striking a balance between functional and aesthetic design;
  • Building reusable code for future use;
  • Work closely with other staff, developers, analysts and other team members;
  • Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization;
  • Investigate new technologies;
  • Constantly updating technical knowledge and skills by attending in-house and/or external courses.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Software Developer with a focus in front-end development
  • Clear communicator, both verbal and in writing
  • Collaborator, team player, detail-oriented
  • Deep understanding of Object Oriented analysis and design techniques
  • Proven industry experience using the latest HTML, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript, REST/JSON technologies
  • Information about web services/REST APIs
  • Experience with ReactJS and preferably React Native (or willing to learn)
  • Interested in user interface design
  • Expertise in debugging rich web applications
  • Eager to develop applications for iOS and Android platforms using React Native
  • Familiarity with the User Experience (UX) and Mobile Design Patterns,
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle, including, coding, testing, and implementing
  • Familiarity with Agile practices
