Food & Beverage Manager

We are looking for a dedicated F&B manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Developing menus and continuously making improvements
• Forecasting, planning, and ordering supplies, as well as beverages to stock the bar and fridges.
• Following food and safety regulations.
• Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
• Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage service staff.
• Keeping track on a balance between cost and income.

Requirements

• Experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Great delegation skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Friendly and welcoming personality.
