Here at FInNORD, we’re currently looking to hire a Financier to join our mission to make our clients lives easier and happier.
FInNORD is a hassle-free platform built for creditors who needs more flexibility for their funds.
In our platform, companies can track their loans, record business transactions and performing various analytics functions, generate leads, filter prospects, perform group demos,
host engaging sales presentations, integrate with their CRM, view advanced webinar reporting, track conversions, and more. It’s truly unlike any other product on the market.
From the brand message to the customer support to the onboarding process, to the platform itself,
we’re constantly working hard to make sure every interaction someone has with our company and brand is a delightful one.

What We Expect:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting or related work experience (bills, payroll…).
• Understanding of best practices in accounting and accounting software QuickBooks Online, Xero, SAP (at least one of them).
• Understanding of payments and budgeting.
• Very good knowledge of English or Italian language (at least one of them).
• Experience navigating the ins and outs of the DeFi (Decentralized finance) ecosystem will be highly valued.
• Proficient using MS Windows-based software applications.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to provide support to other team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, and electronic environment.
• Able to handle supervisory responsibility if necessary.
• Passionate about the financial ecosystem
• Stellar follow up and administration skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Access company systems to accurately register invoices and save documents.
• Processing invoices so that they can be paid.
• Keeping the accounting of a company.
• Closing of the annual financial statements.
• Keeping a record of refund that need to be processed.
• Tracking payroll and taxes.
• Rating COD (Cash on delivery) shipments that are being delivered to customer and invoicing in GP.
• Rating Redo shipments after delivery date and invoicing them.
• Mail check EP International and CB Billing.
• Keeping record of transaction from contractor requests.
• Work closely with Operations Team to provide support and audit the documents of each move in a timely and accurate manner.
• Message members of the team to make sure they upload the necessary documents and make sure they have the required job documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance + master degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Information.
• You have a commercial mindset and are driven by results.
• A team player that is able to collaborate closely with internal and external partners on a broad range of technical and business topics.
• An enthusiastic learner with a passion for solving problems.
• Ability to work on a team with a high degree of ownership.
• Project management.
