Job position: Financial Analyst
Contract Terms: Indefinite
Location: Doha (Qatar)

Summary: We are looking for an experienced and professional Financial Analyst to join an International Company based in Doha (Qatar) with a heritage from 1945.
This role individually contributes at an expert level towards analyzing information for decision-making procedures. It works rigorously on the execution/submission of the same on time; they Individually contributes at an expert level to meet set short to medium-term objectives.
This role is also responsible for splitting/segregating further details of shortfalls of ready-made reports to support COO/GM-Finance/GM-division in their strategic decision process.

Duties and Responsibility:

• Review the stock aging by agency & reporting to DM and MIS M
• Identify the slow-moving items and analyze the same with operating cost and report to DM’s.
• Analysis of Agency stock transferred to a damaged location with reason and report to Supply Chain
• Manager/Division Manager/Finance Manager/MIS Manager to propose from which expenses it will go.
• GIV-Gratis Issue Voucher/ Samples charged to the P&L, which is used for various reasons such as sales of new products or expiring within a short period and can be pulled back and distributed among ABA staff, etc., monthly.
• Prepare the Stock on hold report monthly.
• Prepare the Van Outstanding-OS report monthly, especially on the over dues (the available Stock in the van prior and actual sales).
• Review and report all Warehouse-WH stock status monthly.
• Review the available ASN-Advance Shipping Note report and highlight to SCM that they compare the quantities ordered for the shipment and the amount of the products received.
• Review the process improvement recommended by the internal audit.
• Monitor the location-wise Stock in value and recommend the division for necessary changes.
• Replacing the customer executive / Fleet coordinator in their annual leave and emergencies.

Education:

• Minimum University degree in Accounting & Commerce from a Reputed University
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, and CA, CMA is a plus

Work Experiences and required skills:

• 2 – 4 years of experience in a similar accounting environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and, in particular, EXCEL skills
