EPPC Albania on behalf of its client, on behalf of its client, an international leading company in the retail sector, focused on creative and playful products for home and everyday life, as well as fashion and accessories for kids, is seeking a Finance Manager.

The Finance Manager is responsible for all financial and fiscal aspects of the company's operations. He/she plays a key role in strategic planning, management, and coordination of financial, accounting, and budgeting processes, ensuring that all activities are conducted in line with the highest professional and regulatory standards.


Responsibilities:

Leads and oversees the finance and accounting department, ensuring internal controls and integrity of financial reporting;

Manages monthly and annual financial reporting for the CEO, Group CFO, and executive management;

Analyzes the company’s financial performance and ongoing projects, proposing measures for optimization and sustainable growth;

Ensures compliance with international accounting standards (IFRS) and national legal and regulatory requirements;

Analyzes cash flow, costs, and expenditures to support informed decision-making by business leaders;

Develops and implements financial strategies, enhances information systems, and supports a performance-oriented organizational culture;

Collaborates closely with other managers to provide analytical insights and recommendations for data-driven decision-making.


Requirements for this position are:
  • University degree in Economics, preferably with a focus on Finance or Accounting;
  • Previous experience in financial or accounting management;
  • Strong knowledge of fiscal legislation and international financial reporting standards (IFRS);
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, financial systems (ERP) & English;
  • Advanced skills in financial control, accounting, analysis, and performance management;
  • Excellent management, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills;
  • High integrity, discretion, and strong professional ethics.
