JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- To have an understanding on financial institutions is a must (e-money and microloans are preferable);
- Act on defining financial architecture of the company;
- Create the accounting basis for the company;
- Drive the financial planning and accounting of the company;
- Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and act to prevent problems;
- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis;
- In charge of financial reporting to Central Bank;
- Allocate resources and manage cash flows;
- Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel;
- Manage relationships with the BoD and the shareholder;
- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to CEO and Board of Directors;
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines;
- Create the bridge with the bank for capital injections and reporting;
- Co work with the bank for consolidate reporting.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus;
- Proven experience as CFO, Finance officer or relevant role;
- Ability to strategize and solve problems;
- Excellent communication and people skills;
- An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
